		<description>Good stuff.  But I think your analysis is to individual, that is President George W Bush, centric.  Would another US president or any other leader in charge of the world&#39;s largest power, behave that remarkably different concerning terrorists in sovereign lands?  Will Obama cease these attacks?  I doubt it.  Is this type of tactic dangerous?  you bet and at times it will probably back fire, but I find it hard to be sympathetic to a Syrian government unable to police their own territory.  If they could take care of their own security threats, we wouldn&#39;t need to. That being said the US needs to be cautious in this dangerous game.  Back to my main point, Bush is indeed a 'maverick' in many ways, but strategic circumstances determine much of US actions, not just his leadership.</description>
